Prabal Gurung dress knocked off by Zuhair Murad???

It seems like there is another question of inspiration vs knock-off...  it seems like the recent dress, by Zuhair Murad,  worn by Selena Gomez at the Billboards Awards looked strikingly similar to a dress by NY designer, Prabal Gurung.

You be the judge... or maybe there will be a real judge deciding.
