Saturdays Surf NYC VS. Kate Spade Saturday

Kate Spades' new line Kate Spade Saturday is getting some heat from the boys at Saturdays Surf.  They feel the name is too similar.  They had legally asked the designer to refrain from launching the line under this name... to no avail.  Kate Spade feels there is no infringement on their trademark name.

Saturdays Surf is now trying to get a temporary restraining order and a block on the launch of the line.

Let the legal battles begin.
