New Store Alert: ALTAI

British born designer, Amaryllis Knight, has travelled the world, but now resides in Los Angeles which is the home to her new store: Altai.  She says, "it's a lot more than a store.  It's a way to further explore my work and interests while contributing to a conversation in Los Angeles about varied worlds of design and how they intersect."

The store has an extremely eclectic feel with prices ranging from $14 lozenges to a $600,000 restored motorcycle.  More notably, there is a great mix of menswear designers including exclusives from Raf Simons and Christopher Lemaire, and of course, Knight's own furniture line.

Altai and Altai.la open up today.  The store is located at 5810 3rd St. in Los Angeles.
